Simple Summer Smoothie for 4
Category:1 Banana
1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup cherries (frozen or fresh)
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt (Stony Field Organic is the best)
1/2 cup Soy Protein
Place fruits and ice in a blender.
Pour in the rest of the ingredients and puree until smooth.
Add extra juice or yogurt if too thick.
